SOME people should just keep quiet. If you thought Paris Hilton's singing voice was annoying, you probably haven't heard Vanessa Hudgens sing yet. Vanessa sounds so Minnie Mouse-y that her voice is enhanced with a vocoder of some sort in almost all the tracks on this new album.
That said, though, Identified actually has pretty good songs in it, if you can ignore Vanessa's vocal stylings. Most of the tracks are fun, with slick pop beats and trendy dance mixes. Vanessa sounds bearable in uptempo numbers like Last Night and Sneakernight, but songs like Paper Cut and Hook it Up are excruciating to listen to.
