HELLO SOPHOMORE YEAR
As much as I hate it and want to immortalize it, the holiday between my last semester of my foundation and my first year of degree has come to a close last week; certainly justifying the famous phrase "all good things come to an end". I've only been to the first week of classes and all my mind could fathom is the dreadful homework / assignments / projects / presentations (ultimate dread) / whatnots. The reason I cross out projects is because, well, I think projects — with or without a partner/group — are pretty fun. If you're a close friend/family, you'd know that I love to get my hands dirty. Practical things to me are so much fun to deal with, rather than theory... Boring ol' theory where you sit and understand your textbook or in my case, attempt and fail miserably and then end up memorizing it all. Ridiculous, really. Presentations though, is pretty practical actually. What I'm still working on is my fluency in speaking to a crowd of > 20 people. That's 20 pairs of eyes looking at your every move. Duh, I'm going to stutter. Hence, dreadful.
And it's not like I have to present my slides in French. That would be a good excuse to stutter. I have been speaking English more than any other language in the world. All I hear is English! (Minus the obvious fact that it's the most fluent language my brain can compute.) I may or may not have been diagnosed with stutter issues; I wouldn't know because I never really go to the doctors/speech therapist for such. I'm not sure in severe cases, but for me, the words are sentenced perfectly in my brain — stitched together with my voice and facial expressions — and when it's time to say those magic words, somehow it seems like some letters are stuck somewhere in my veins causing me to stop talking and stare blankly at the person whom I'm talking to. I mean, it's not like I can't string together a sentence. I can or could talk normally, but my stuttering is like a more-than-a-once-in-a-blue-moon-but-less-than-sometimes thing. Somewhere between those lines.
Other updates, Grace has finally flown off to the U.S. for her accounting degree — possibly finishing her Masters there too — at Buffalo, NY., which is a 20 minutes drive to Niagara Falls BTW. I'm so jelly thinking about it. Plus, her flooding me with pictures of her picnic/hangs in Niagara Falls (which has become a norm for her recently) isn't really helping. I don't blame her though, I would have done the same. I sent a request asking her to get me those overrated I❤NY t-shirt and she sent them through mail, along with a postcard!; her parents being the mailman because she sent those all together at once. The t-shirt is fairly humongous for my tiny frame but meh, who cares? It's a freaking I❤NY t-shirt. Grace sent a separate letter addressed to me, so this one was sent by the official mailman. Hahahaha. The very first thing that got me intrigued was the metal fastener the envelope had... But my excitement wore down when my sister said that Malaysia had those too. Oh.
Recently, I decided to brush up on my piano skills. I learned a few songs and thought I was pretty amazing... And then I kept playing each song over and over and over again to learn that it was actually easy and I wasn't amazing afterall. Damn.
1. "Wonderwall" by Oasis
2. "Fix You" by Coldplay
3. "We Are Young" by Fun.
4. "To Make You Feel My Love" by Adele (originally by Bob Dylan) — I'm exceptionally proud of myself for this one.
5. I can't remember?
So hopeless.
Though, I'm slightly proud that I could sing along while doing those fancy extra notes stuff. What's it called?
Thank you for reading all my crap. Here you go, an awkward bathroom, no filter/edit photo of me.
x
PS: I have a full-on rant about my college's registry office. I can't wait to make a post on it.

WELL OH WELL.
Mastered Paramore's old song called "
Breathe". If anyone wants the chords,
email me. Well, probably you wouldn't want the chords cause:
ONE: You don't know what song is this or who the hell is Paramore.
TWO: You don't play piano.
THREE: You've already figured that easy song out.
Seriously.
Its an easy song to duplicate. Even if you never composed by ears before, I guarantee you that, You can work this thing out. Like, i mean, how hard can it be right? Its only three chords..
And you can also email me for the piano version of that song cause I composed it from there. And it took me approximately 2-3 days to finally master the song. I've been practicing and practicing, and I'm guessing Michelle can't stand it anymore.
Seriously.
Well, I've tried to find Breathe sheet music but its either Guitar Tabs or you gotta buy 'em. Damn. If you can read Guitar Tabs then it shouldn't be a problem. Oh, I've also downloaded the "A Thousand Miles" sheet music performed by Vanessa Carlton. Its a nice song on piano. I know I know. Eventhough i can't read notes, Ill just count it at every line, okay? (omg. that'll take forever..)
Anyways, I made
FIVE Nokia Themes for my phone.

Yesterday I finally went to check out Adam Lambert's gay photos and I saw one, and saved it in My Pictures. The next thing i know my mom wants to use the computer, and found out there was no Microsoft Excel (my dad deleted it, it wasnt me! Laughs), and so my dad wanted to install Microsoft 2008. My good ol' Computer had to be all outta space and my dad went to check on the files in my computer. And wala, he found two guys, kissing each other, tongues tied. After that, he said to me, "
You better clean your computer, Its filled with nonsense!". But i knew he'd deleted some files and so i check the recycle bin and saw adam's picture. I nearly screamed about the fact that he saw it.
Seriously.
Oh Josh. (:
Went out for a walk in the night after dinner; with the Rascal boy.

SIGH. and so he wanted to
kill this cat.
And i mean, seriously.
Btw, I wondered if Siow Teng went to school today?

She left the web, she left the loom,
She made three paces through the room,
She saw the water-lily bloom,
She saw the helmet and the plume,
She look'd down to Camelot.

4.I recently just found out about
Paramore's Piano Tribute and their
Live in the UK CD. And i went and download it. Want it? message me @ Itstracyy@hotmail.com
And You're Welcome.
5.Me and Michelle listened to Paramore's Piano tribute, Emergency. whoah . we got so jealous. We wanted to compose it through the piano tribute but,
Emergency is too complicated. gah. i only scored the intro and the rest, only on right hand. Where did the left hand go? So, we
composed Thats what you Get instead.
IT IS SOO AWESOME. And i got a lil bit too far and
composed Crushcrushcrush. But the best part of the whole song is the part where she sang, "They taped over your mouth scribbled out the truth with their lies...". I Love that part when i play it on piano. (giggggglesss)
